Upon entering this stunning all-tile home, you will immediately be impressed by the beautiful and thoughtful design choices that make it a truly remarkable space. The spacious and light-filled living area is adorned with handcrafted tile that covers the walls and floors, creating a beautiful and unique aesthetic. We aimed to display some of our most captivating and visually appealing tiles throughout the house, in order to leave a lasting impression. The fireplace is adorned with Oval Cilantro tile and the floors throughout the house feature the Texas classic D’hanis 6” x 12”. The high ceilings and stylish furniture add to the charm of this beautiful space. The open-plan layout of the living area is perfect for socializing with family and friends and seamlessly connects to the dining area and modern kitchen.
Our favorite part of the kitchen: a striking backsplash adorned with the exquisite Pio Pio Petit Agave 4” x 8” tile. It’s furnished with state-of-the-art appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The cookware, utensils, and handmade tableware are all from our Chef Series tableware collection. Every detail of the kitchen has been carefully curated to create a welcoming and inspiring space for you to enjoy.
The home features three bedrooms, all with comfortable queen-sized beds, and two full bathrooms. Each bathroom features some of our favorite durable Pattern Tile: Xochitl Pure White Frio 8” x 8” & Drip Champagne 8” x 8”. The main bedroom has plenty of closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. Additionally, the office doubles as a bedroom with a fold-out couch that can sleep two, a mini workout gym with weights and a yoga mat, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, you'll find a patio area with comfortable, handcrafted seating featuring our beloved Breeze Blocks, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the spacious backyard.
